Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Auto-Renewal Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you selected unless you cancel before the next billing date. Charges will be made using the payment method on file.

2. Cancellation at Any Time You may cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

3. Effective Date of Cancellation Cancellations take effect immediately and apply to future renewals only. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

4. No Cancellation Fees There are no fees for cancelling your subscription.

5. Confirmation of Cancellation You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at happy@penguin-wellness.com.

6. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes.
