30-day policy. 100% refund for unopened unsatisfied items (any reason) or damaged/defective items (opened or unopened). No refunds/exchanges after 30 days.

Refunds:

Email confirmation on receipt. Approved refunds processed to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:

Exchanges:
