• Address accuracy: Make sure your address is entered correctly before placing your order — including abbreviations, street names, building/apartment numbers, and route info. All details are critical for safe delivery.
• Incorrect address: Penguin Wellness does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items if the address was wrong at the time of purchase.
• Reshipments: We only reship orders with incorrect addresses if the original shipment is marked as returned-to-sender and sent back to our facility.

Return Shipping

• You pay return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location.
• For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
